Generally our aim is to keep the rules of shopping through 123Baltic as simple and as acceptable as possible, therefore our terms are very short, clear and customer friendly. Please note the bellow terms are applicable to all 123Baltic products respectively, unless it is clearly stated otherwise in our further written communication in connection with a certain purchase.

*Exceptions may occur though and those would be clearly communicated to you before you are requested to pay. This could happen when a service requires full pre-payment, be it tickets to events, bus tickets, sometimes even a hotel room if booked at a promo price or during a season of highest demand.
